There's grass-cutting and there's landscapers, and there's a difference. If you're a grass-cutter, you cut grass. If you're a landscaper, you do everything.
I can get in touch with my property manager at any time. [There is] a lot of communication on a daily basis...and I like that. That's important to me that they know I'm happy. If we have a problem, they're there to answer it. You don't find people that are as knowledgeable, that can be as helpful.

"We're the only independent [hospital] left in Cuyahoga county. We're very proud of what we do, and we like to present that. We like our people to feel like they're at home - we like everything to look just like you would at home. And, coming into our facility, it looks that way.
What I like to see in a contractor is where we spell out the scope of the work, and, we're basically done with them. They come in and take care of everything. If there is a small problem, we make a phone call, and it's gone. That's what Turfscape does. It's beautiful. No hassle, no problems...and we've been dealing with them for seven, eight years."
Price is not always the total consideration: it's the service they can provide. Nobody can beat Turfscape on the service. Not in my opinion... They're outstanding. I can say nothing but good about those guys.
